taool ("the Service") respects your privacy. taool is not yet launched: this Privacy Policy covers the taool.com website and its waitlist. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data. We will update it before the taool app launches.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — Used to tell you when taool opens and to send your invite
• Your app (optional) — If you choose one, the App Store app you picked. This is public App Store information (its App Store ID, name, developer name, category, and icon)
• IP address — Recorded when you sign up, for abuse prevention and rate limiting; not used for advertising or profiling
• Signup time — When you joined the waitlist

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use analytics scripts
• We do not use advertising frameworks
• We do not set cookies
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties
• We do not collect your location

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Email you about taool's launch and your invite
• Use the app you chose to get taool ready for you before it launches
• Prevent abuse of the waitlist

We will not send you marketing for anything other than taool.

5. Data Storage

Your waitlist entry is stored on secure servers. It is kept until you have been invited to taool, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing dev@taool.com. We will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of service providers to host this website and our servers, to check that waitlist signups come from people rather than bots, and to show App Store search results when you look up your app. They process data only to provide these services, and each provider's privacy policy governs its handling of that data. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
